課程概述 |
本課程以國際協定、爭端解決案例、學術論文為主要研讀文獻。本學期將以Jackson, Davey & Sykes, Legal Problems of International Economic Relations (Fifth Edition, 2008) 一書之若干章節作為基本研讀教材，並予以討論。 |

課程目標 |
本課程期望藉由課堂討論，提升同學對英文國際法律文件、國際爭端案例之閱讀理解能力。 |
|
課程要求 |
1. 請同學於上課前閱讀指定教材，並參與課堂討論。
2. 以組別為單位，依預定之進度，翻譯相關文獻，進行課堂報告。
3. 以組別為單位，就原來課堂報告之主題與文獻（可另外參考其他文獻），撰寫短文評論或心得，作為期末書面報告。
4. 評量方式：課堂參與佔40%、課堂報告佔30%、期末報告佔30%。
5. 本課程必要時，將視實際修課人數與參與討論情形另外調整安排進度或教材。
